"What I feel is temporary. What I decide becomes permanent."
2. "I don't chase closure β I create it."
Closure isn't something someone gives you. It's something you claim the moment you accept:
"What happened is done. What I choose next is mine."
3. "I am not losing them β I am finding me."
Redirect the focus. The pain isn't about the personβ¦ it's about the version of you that trusted, loved, and tried. You're not starting over β you're starting aligned.

Use this anytime you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or spiraling.
Step 1: Sit still for 10 seconds
Place one hand on your chest, one on your stomach.
Step 2: Breathe like this
- β’ Inhale 4 seconds
- β’ Hold 2 seconds
- β’ Exhale 6 seconds
Repeat 6 times.
Step 3: Name what's true right now
Say out loud:
- β’ "I am safe."
- β’ "I am present."
- β’ "I am in control of my breath."
Your mind will follow your body.
Step 4: Interrupt the spiral with this question
"What problem do I actually have right now, in this exact moment?"
90% of anxiety disappears because it was never happening now β only in your mind.
Step 5: End with this statement
"I choose peace over panic. I choose clarity over confusion."

Use this every day to rebuild momentum and emotional strength.
Morning (5 minutes)
- 1 minute deep breathing
- 1 positive identity statement: "I am healing. I am rising. I am rebuilding."
- 1 clear goal for today
- Drink water before touching your phone
Afternoon (3 minutes)
- Quick check-in: "What emotion am I feeling right now?"
- Ask: "Is this emotion helping me or draining me?"
- Choose the response that serves your future self
Night (5 minutes)
- Write down ONE thing you handled well today
- Write down ONE thing you want to improve tomorrow
- Release tension with 5 slow breaths
- Say: "I end the day with peace, not pressure."
