THE BASICS
- Frequency: 4 workouts per week (45-60 minutes)

- Progression: Increase weight every 2 weeks
Monday & Friday | 45-50 minutes
Hold dumbbell at chest, squat down, stand up
Knees down if needed
Bent over, pull weight to hip
Press weights overhead
Hold strong, don't sag
Lie on back, drive hips up
When to increase weight: When you can do 3 sets of 12 reps with good form
Increase by: 5lbs for upper body, 10lbs for lower body

• Ground turkey + pasta + marinara + veggies

DAY 1-2: IDENTIFY & PACKAGE
Pick ONE skill to monetize. Create a simple offer:
• "I'll organize your home: $200"
• "I'll manage your Instagram for a month: $400"
• "I'll write 5 blog posts: $500"
• "I'll edit your videos for a month: $350"
DAY 3-5: OUTREACH BLITZ
Contact 50 potential clients in 3 days:
- LinkedIn: Post your offer, DM 20 people
- Facebook Groups: Offer value, mention service
- Direct Outreach: Message potential clients
DAY 6-7: FREE VALUE
Offer FREE mini-service to 3-5 people. Build trust, get testimonials.
DAY 8-10: CLOSE SALES
When someone shows interest:
- Qualify them: "What's your main challenge?"
- Pitch solution: "I can help with that..."
- Handle objections: "Payment plan available"
- Close: "Want to get started? I'll send invoice now."
50 people contacted → 10 show interest → 3 become clients at $350 each = $1,050
This is not theory. This is math. If you contact enough people, you WILL make $1,000 in 14 days.
Your body and business don't matter if your mind quits. Discipline is the foundation of everything.
THE MORNING ROUTINE (60 Minutes)
No snooze. Phone stays off. Drink 16oz water immediately.
5-minute walk outside or stretching. Wake up your body.
Read 10 pages. Journal 5 minutes: 3 gratitudes, 1 goal, 1 affirmation.
45 minutes. Give it everything.

THE 7-DAY EMERGENCY RESET
